Kidani Village and Jambo House are two buildings that make up one resort: AKV. Whether your points are tied to a unit in Jambo House or to a unit in Kidani, they are still AKV points. But there is one short-term difference between the two. Since Kidani isn't open yet, Kidani points are only valid for stays starting on/after the occupancy date of the unit to which the points are tied. I think the units currently being sold still have an occupancy date of May 1, 2009. At some point they will begin selling units with later occupancy dates (Sep 1, 2009 perhaps?). Points that are tied to Jambo House units have no restrictions because all of the Jambo House units are already open for occupancy. Once Kidani is fully open this fall, this distinction will no longer apply.
