Holy Cow.....RPR completely booked

I have a waterview room for Nov 9-12th. I have been trying to get a club level room with no success. We have been booked for 4 months. I called yesterday and was told that the RPR is completely booked for those nights. By completely, she said everything from a garden room to the suites were booked.

Now for my question ---- With completely booked resorts (HRH also appears to be booked solid according to the website) I'm wondering what the crowds will be like. Anybody care to take a guess?????

At off times of the year, they tend to be convention folks so they don't affect park attendance too much. You shouldn't notice too much at the resort either -- unless you get a bum room and need to change and they can't accommodate that. The only time you would notice is if you did get club level. Then, the conventioners tend to take over the lounge, and it's not as fun. We had this happen to us at the end of January, and they were loud and obnoxious, and we couldn't wait for their convention to be over so we could enjoy the lounge again!

Edited to add: Totally forgot about this, but occupancy may be affected because it's Jersey Week. All of the schools in NJ have off on Thursday and Friday (11/10 - 11/11) for the teacher's convention in Atlantic City. Also, many schools have half days Mon-Tues-Wed of that week, making it a primo week for NJ families to take their kids out of school and to Florida.

I am one of those people taking advantage of the "primo time" to take my kids out of school We went last year at this time & had no problem with lines. Like the previous poster said- there are a lot of convention groups there. I have my fingers crossed that crowds won't be too bad.
