October 2025 - December 2025 Discounts

I had to call because our reservation was showing no rooms available for our already booked package. The CM I got was able to add it by adding a day. She said call in a few days to remove the extra day. She also said other CM’s were having trouble doing it on existing reservations and she was having luck doing it.


This is nothing new. Room or discount availability has changed depending on length of stay or check in date for years. Resorts use an algorithm to prevent single open room nights. That’s why being flexible with dates & length of stay can help get what you want. Before Covid, Disney was cracking down on the ability to book longer stays to get the rate then drop unwanted dates later. But since 2020, they seem to be much more accommodating. So that’s pretty much all the CM did… just checked expanded dates. You probably would have seen it yourself if you knew to look at a longer stays.

I did see it myself when adding an extra day, but couldn’t get it to go through when adding the tickets. I tried several times. The CM was able to get the tickets added.
 
Disappointed with the new discount offer, I've never seen prices this high for early December. I guess lots of people are still traveling to WDW. I'm not used to prices this high for the first week after Thanksgiving, it's usually a good choice. AKL is usually my go to, and prices are a $100 a night higher for a Standard room than I've paid in the past.

I think I'm going to stay with my reservation at The Dolphin, I'm not paying another $2,000 for my resort for my trip.
 
I have family going with us. We have 3 rooms. I was able to add the discount to all 3 rooms. As long as you have their reservation number you can do all of them

this was a good deal for Florida and Georgia residents, but then again they kind of have to offer us better deals for many reasons, since we all pretty much have cars with us. while the total amount I’m paying is still roughly the same as before, I am admittedly getting an apparent better room for at least part of our stay.

I still would have preferred the free Disney dining plan deal that they prematurely pulled after misleading advertising. With that said as compared to that deal, this deal is having me go for approximately half the time and costing me about a third of the price the free dinning plan would have costed me and I’m getting a better room.

I am not paying to get tickets to the parks though during this trip (unless some crazy ticket deal comes along), just because I can’t stomach that type of cognitive dissonance it would require lol.

We will still have a great time, Disney is a great place to go for Christmas whether you go to the parks or not. I’m really hoping the scheduled character visits to the resorts continue.

Only a certain percentage of rooms are available under any offer; that percentage varies by travel date, and for some travel dates, the percentage is zero lol. I'm sure there's a whole algorithm. But it's also important to know that discount availability does sometimes change as time goes on, so ask your TA to keep checking back!

I was blessed to get the discount for Wilderness Lodge! If it was a deeper discount I would have stayed our whole trip there. With the high prices we have to do a split stay value and deluxe.

I was able to get a room at CBR for my end of Oct dates yesterday morning for 15% off (I think) but I had to call because the site was having issues with the packages. I still don't quite understand this "promo card" deal, or if we qualify for it, but I was in a rush on the phone and couldn't ask nor did the person bring it up.

If you have 4 day tickets they give you a gift card on your phone when you check in It will have a bar code you scan to buy something.

We've got a 5 day base ticket, I just was not sure because it never was noted on the confirmation or anywhere in my account. Thank you for this, so I guess I'll just wait & assume it'll be there when we check in!

You should ask them at check in. I’m not 100% positive that’s how it works. I was told on the phone we get it at check in.

Will do, thank you. We tend to check in at the desk still even though you don't have to so that works fine. You think it'd be worth a call just to confirm or no?

If it is something that is concerning to you then yes give them a call... if its not that big of an issue I wouldnt worry about it. It says the gc will show up once you check in :)

I like this answer because it doesn't involved me waiting on hold for any amount of time lol.
 
Has anyone received an offer from DCL regarding a pre or post cruise WDW reservation? I have a cruise on the Treasure scheduled for the 1st week of October and received an email that I can book a stay at either Saratoga or Old Key West for 35% off.
