We have a ADR at Sci-Fi. Now we decided we are going to keep it but what if we are in Hollywood Studio and We decide we don't want to go to Sci-fi is their a place in Hollywood Studio we could check what else is open that day and change are ADRs that morning when we get there. Instead of going to each place and asking what they have open.

Yes. There's a booth of sorts at the corner of Sunset, right as you enter it. You can also check at ANY table service restaurant at ANY park or resort, as well as Guest Services at any park, and Lobby Concierge at any resort.

They're all connected to the same reservation system.

If you truely think you might want to change it - I think doing it in advance would be easier and give you more options. we've eaten at Sci-Fi in the past and if you dont enjoy very over salted drive in food. We've also done 50s Prime Time, Hollywood and Vine and Brown Derby. Our favorite by far is Prime Time! The experience is fun with a group of people and its good ole fashion comfort food. Hollywood and Vine buffet offers a little for everyone but not as big as Chef Mickeys or some of the other buffets. Brown Derby is nice but very expensive.
