Hollywood Boulevard Parking

I was just wondering if anyone knew the parking situation to be able to see the Chinese Theater and Hollywood Boulevard. From what I see and hear it's pretty crowded. Is there enough parking on the side of the road or is there a parking garage/lot near?

Hollywood and Vine Mall has a parking garage that you can park at. It connects directly to the Kodak theater and Hollywood Blvd.

This area is called the Hollywood and Highland Center. There are several parking options (see link http://www.hollywoodandhighland.com/information_parking.php ). We used the H&H garage connected to the shopping center, which has elevators/escalators that bring you right up into the mall.
