***Holiday Yankee Candle Scent/Received*** thread is here!!...COMPLETED!!

They didn't offer my my money back and they SHOULD have... I called last night and got put on hold held held for 45 minutes then it made an odd clicking sound and I could hear the employees talking complaining about people they talked to and about cheifs football I sat like that 25 mire minutes thinking it was till on hold listening to them talk then gave up and called back and they were closed at that point so I left a message quoting the things they said about customers... I got a call back today but they only offered to refund shipping they did apolgise for me hearing a woman call a customer the b word :rotfl: at least I hadn't talked to them or I would assume I WAS who they meant. I bet they lose a TON of money on orders people would have made these next couple weeks
 
I'm really stunned by the dreadful customer service you are all receiving. Perhaps try writing in, sometimes a complaints letter to HQ does more than just a phone call where they can fob you off quickly....?

As a member of the YC family, I am shocked and downright disgusted by all the problems here. I wish so much that there was something I could do to make it better.

Next time you call, you should ask to speak to a supervisor and tell that person all these things ::yes::

That would be fine, at least I would be working. Due to my knee injury, I am out until the 18th at the earliest. It has sucked not being at work, I really miss working at this time of year.
 
Ahhh.....too bad they couldn't set you up answering phones at home.

It is terrible! I can't imagine it taking this long! We are approaching a MONTH!!
We have had 2 ship of the 12 :rolleyes:
 
This is just awful. They need to refund the shipping charges. I just received an email for this weekend 25% off entire purchase in store only.
 
From what has been reported, they aren't taking anymore online orders!!
Someone really messed this one up.

Well, at least they are giving a date. I wonder if they will make it??
Hopefully they will expidite the shipping, otherwise it could still take a while, especially for the ones going cross country.

Okay that's weird LOL but a good weird. The order that was shipped was the second package free of charge that they placed for me yesterday.

Well, hopefully by the 10th, they will on be on their ways....and not take too long to arrive.
