OOC: then she is an adult. But for the rest of the world. I dunno. And I think you should at least have Evan try.

OOC: I think I'll have him get custody, for the fun of it.

ID: "Is there anyway the media won't find out?"

LeBeau: He shook his head.

ID: "Then we'll prepare a simple statement initially, and then remind everyone it's all out if my hands and no comment if they ever ask again. Maybe something like 'my lawyer is representing me in this case, I am trying to stay neutral'? Does that sound okay Professors, Monsieur?"

OOC: All I know is she's either going to end up with the Ivansons or with Evan, going with the de la Noirs would make her useless. What should I do?

ID: "What can I do, really?"

OOC; Actually, in the Wizarding World they come of age at 17.

Nagini: she hugged Jackson. "I love you, little brother." She sat up. "Can I ask you a question?"

Jackson: "Of course."

OOC: That's true, okay, disregard my last statement.

Jackson: "Of course."

Nagini: she looked into his eyes. "You know I'm not mad, but, why did you break Gabrielle's heart? I mean, you proposed to her, then started cheating on her with Ivy. Don't ask me how I know, I really don't know how, I've been through too much today."

OOC: Okay, well, Evan loves kids and has a job as a professor, plus he had a younger sister, so he does have some experience with children. However, ID is kinda messed up, and so is Evan. It might not be perfect in the beginning, but if he has support from Georgie and Melanie, he'll be okay, particularly Melanie as she is already dealing with Gin and Jackson.

OOC: Okay, well, Evan loves kids and has a job as a professor, plus he had a younger sister, so he does have some experience with children. However, ID is kinda messed up, and so is Evan. It might not be perfect in the beginning, but if he has support from Georgie and Melanie, he'll be okay, particularly Melanie as she is already dealing with Gin and Jackson.

OOC: Georgie would definitely support him, but she might try to help a tad too much, as it's in her nature.

Georgie: she nodded. "I think that would be best."

LeBeau: He jotted a similar statement down. "That's fine. Now how would you like to deal with the custody battle itself. Does anyone have any suggestions?"

OOC: this app has crashed like 8 times today. I'm getting a little ticked off.
I can tell you right now that I don't THINK it will be a problem for Melanie if he gains custody. She might even admire him for it. But, then again, I didn't expect her to be quite as upset and depressed over him and Georgie. But I think she'll probably be able to give him some good support, especially after she gets better.
For Melanie, gaining custody of Jackson was like a no-brainer. He's family; he needs someone to take care of him. And if she were still underage she would get custody of Nagini as well. Evan wouldn't have that bond so I can see where it could get hard with their problems.

Georgie: she looked away, at the trinkets on the walls. She had no idea how to do this, or really how to really have a family. She didn't know where Ivy would be best. She just twiddled her thumbs.

The reason why I'm not completely in favor of the Ivansons is because she has never met them, never seen a picture of them, and is so drastically different from them. I can't imagine a transition going well, and it's hard to imagine her being happy with them. Of course, it's hard to imagine her being happy in general. What do you guys think?

"They're nice enough people, good business entrepreneurs. But they still do arranged marriages, and the girls still tend to be socialites. I don't exactly want to be in either family's custody."

Evan: That was absurd. Still, in this day and age? "What can we expect if one family gets custody?"

LeBeau: "The other family will be displeased, they might retaliate, and if that happens, a feud between families shall begin."

Jackson: "Gab told me no Nagini. She wouldn't even answer me. She doesn't want to be with me."

Nagini: she sighed and shook her head. "I found a letter. She wanted to be with you. She fainted because she was overloaded with stress! Finding out her parents died, finding out she is considered an animal and that we own her, and then you come to her and propose! You should have been there to comfort her! Do you even know where she is right now?!" She put her face in her hands and sighed. "I'm sorry."

I don't know. I don't think she should necessarily go with her family, as you've made some pretty good points on that. She would basically be on one side or the other, and I think Evan could keep her in the middle to keep a fight from happening. Now, all I'm trying to say about Evan is that I think he really needs to love her before taking custody. That would also help them get through it.

I don't know. I don't think she should necessarily go with her family, as you've made some pretty good points on that. She would basically be on one side or the other, and I think Evan could keep her in the middle to keep a fight from happening. Now, all I'm trying to say about Evan is that I think he really needs to love her before taking custody. That would also help them get through it.

OOC: You have a good point. After weighing the options though, I can't place her with the Ivansons and feel good doing it, unless someone has some really good arguments for doing so.

Georgie: she looked at him, shocked. "You really need to think about that, sweetie. You know how much of a responsibility it is." She looked down. She had always thought of them starting a family and raising kids. This wasn't exactly what she had imagined. But if Evan was sure, she would stick by him.
