She wanted me to kill you, you, and Joey, but I fought it and this happened." She gestured to her mangled body.

Georgie: Once Ivy was out of the room, she said "We have a minute to kill, and we're in paris! How exciting!" She jumped into his arms and kissed Evan.

ID: She answered the door. "Bonjour Monsieur LeBeau! Come in!"

LeBeau: "Bonjour Mademoiselle de la Noir Scott. I'm glad we could speak on such short notice. I'm afraid it's very urgent."

ID: "I have brought two professors from my school, they are waiting for us in the dining room, we shall continue our meeting there. Shall we go?"

LeBeau: "Of course."

Evan: Hearing the come, he ended the kiss.

ID: She entered the room first. "Professors, this is my lawyer, Monsieur Henri Phillipe LeBeau. Monsieur, This is Mademoiselle Toodle and Monsieur Smith, teachers at my school."

LeBeau: "How do you do?" He shook both their hands and sat.

ID: She sat and gestured for her teachers to sit.

LeBeau: Once they were all comfortable, he said, "Now, the first and easiest portion of business, what do you wish to do with your mother's body?"

ID: "It will be buried in the de la Noir family graveyard, as is tradition."

She knew how it felt to not have parents, her whole family was tortured to insanity when her mother was pregnant with her. She had to practically raise herself until she got to Hogwarts. She held Evan's hand under the table.

I should have fought her long ago, beaten her before I did all the horrible things to ruin my life." She cried. "Please don't heal me, Melanie. All of those were self inflicted."

LeBeau: "Which leaves the harder part, the main reason I contacted you today. Okay, here's the deal - you are now at the center of one of the biggest international custody battles of all time. Both your mother's family, the French de la Noirs, and your father's family, the British Ivansons, are both incredibly influential. Economically, between your father's will, in which he left everything to your mother and then you, and your mother's will, which left you everything she owned, including the house and her family inheritance, you could support yourself until you come of age even with boarding school tuition if you budget it right. But it would be illegal for you to go without some sort of guardianship. Both the Ivansons and the de la Noirs have good, equal claim. Each family claims total custody, to the point where you won't even see the other family until you come of age and no longer need a guardian in the eyes of the state. As of right now, I am the only person who is allowed to represent you in court, so we need to figure out what we're going to do, and also how we are going to react to the public, as this custody battle will be in the media."

OOC: There's three ways I figure this could end up -

If the de la Noirs win, she'll become Colette Dorielle Antoinette de la Noir, and she'll be sent back to Beauxbatons and Paris and never see any of the characters again.

If the Ivansons win, she'll become Dorielle Antonia Ivanson, and be yanked from France and Beauxbatons completely and reenrolled in Hogwarts as a Ravenclaw, but I imagine she'll still suffer, because Paris and muggle life is all she's ever known.

And then I got this crazy, radical idea that maybe, after seeing her plight, Evan could try to gain custody, because she reminds him of Christine or something, and then she'll be named Imogene, Isabella, or Isis Smith.
