At least every time we tried this morning... We got to IOA before the early admission and when the gates opened went straight there. Stayed in line 30 minutes because although they kept announcing it was down the line was mysteriously moving. When we got up further, 30 minutes later, we realized people were using a different exit or choosing to do a castle tour. At 10AM we went back and it was still down and hadn't worked all morning. We finished IOA by lunch time. So, still have not tried Hogwarts yet...
