*** Historical Compiled Listing of DCL Cancelled & Changed Cruises ***

So it looks like DVC member cruises are *generally* in Sept or Oct?

We too got this notice however I originally booked this on board last November 2012. And we got notice that this was a repositioned cruise back in June and nothing was offered at that time. This time DCL gave me the 10% discount and the $100 OBC plus honored the original OBB 10% discount and $100 OBC. However they refused to honor the original booking date rate. Needless to say rates have increased more that 20% since then. I have rebooked the cruise but it's on the Wonder which is not the reimagined Magic to say the least. I have sent 2 emails to DCL Guest Communications and still have not heard back other than the immediate automatic (nothing) response. Not a happy camper! So much for cruise loyalty! May start considering other cruise lines...:sad2:

From The Disney Cruise Line Blog:

“Due to a shift in our planned Disney Dream dry dock dates, we are currently contacting travel agents with clients booked on the October 16, 2015, October 19, 2015, and October 23, 2015, sailings of the Disney Dream to let them know that these particular sail dates are no longer available. As such, we wanted to assist you in selecting another available sailing for your clients as soon as possible.”

We were told we would receive and additional $250 onboard credit (in addition to our onboard booking deal) once we select a permanent date. Additionally, we heard that the new sailing fare will be based on the date when guests originally booked.

Disney Cruise Line will be opening up bookings for three consecutive 3-night sailings on September 25, 2013, September 28, 2015, and October 1, 2015. With the changes in the six sailings the 2015 Disney Dream dry dock is expected to begin on October 4th and end around October 25, 2015....

11/12/16 Fantasy -- 5/19/15 -- Unable to book opening day. Possible charter.
