I have a question that I hope someone here can answer.
If you are watching your weight, what's the recommended fat grams to stay below each day?
I am trying to lose 10 - 15 pounds, but I'm not doing any type of extreme diet, just counting calories and watching my fat intake. (along with exercise) I usually hover between 900 - 1100 hundred total calories a day, and my fat grams can go from 15 to 24. (I am small, so eating that amount of calories fills me up) This is actually more of a lifestyle change for me than a diet. I just want to eat healthier, and look a little leaner. (my exercise I do is to tone, not to really lose weight.)
Is that too much fat? Too little? I'm also watching my carbs, but only in the way of only whole wheat torillas for my sandwiches, (w/lot's of fiber), and no sugar from anything besides fruit. (well, a substantial amount, I won't freak out of .5 grams!) I don't like desserts, or candy, or sweet things, so avoiding extra sugar isn't that hard for me! And I love the taste of diet pop!
anyways, thanks for your answers in advance,
Andrea
***also, I really just started this in full swing on Monday, so I have no results to share just yet!
