Hello Everyone! :wave2:

My names Janine, Im married to Darryl & we have a DS called Toby who's 19 months old.

We are going to Disney on October 29th this year and I cant wait! Im a huge fan, this will be my 7th time!!!

This time the whole families going and we have hired a Villa which looks fab! Also, I have a son now!!! lol He will be 2 years 4 months when we go! So i am extrememly nervous as to how he'll find it. Im worried about the travelling/flight...im worried about everything!! I know he'll love it but am just a bit dubious iyswim??

Anyhow, im after lots of tips and advice with a 2 yr old in tow!!! What am I going to do with him when we want to go on the rollar coasters etc!! Tower of Terror is my favorite ride!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Also, do any of you know a website which is the best to buy our tickets from. We want to get them cheap as possible (like everyone!) Anyone have any ideas?? Would be greatly appreciated!!!

Thanks you, look forward to chatting to you all!!!

Hi Janine, Welcome to DIS :welcome:

Any idea which tickets you want? or how many days you are planning to do Disney? will you include any waterpark days? Disney Quest? etc.

Virgin have been very competative last few months, they don't seem to have increased prices like other companies and if you are in FVC you get upto 10% off their prices. I got 7 day Premium for Mother in Law at Xmas for £153(after 10% off) which was about £50 cheaper than Attraction tickets direct.

Hi. Welcome to the forum!

I find the best prices for tickets are attractionticketsdirect.com They price match so you couldn't get cheaper.

Although Wayne is right, Virgin have been the best price recently, which is something I never thought I would say about Virgin! lol

Witht the rides, there is a baby swap facility on a lot of rides where you queue as normal, then when you go to board someone stays with the baby while the rest ride, then swap and go on themselves. It saves them having to line up again.

Hope you enjoy it here. Must say I'm fairly addicted now!

They do price match but not vouchers, only real tickets, personally I prefer vouchers but I know many like to have tickets. They won't pricematch Virgin as far as I know.

Best way to do it is post best price you can find for tickets and ask if anyone has seen them cheaper.

Hi Janine - and a very warm welcome to the Dis.
I have got loads of info from here in the short time I have been visiting, and I am sure you will find the same. It seems that no mater what the question someone here has the answer, has been there and done that and we can now all learn from the successes and mistakes.
Where abouts is the villa you are staying at?
The question about tickets is a frequent one and most people on here have their favourites for various reasons - the obvious one being price.
If it would help I have done an excel spreadsheet which includes all the main ticket companies that have recommended on these boards, along with links to their sites, current prices and a variety of the tickets on offer. It even works out the totals as you go and converts any dollar prices into pounds.
A few people here have tried it out for me and it seems to work well. Let me know if you want to try it and I will email it to you.
Have fun with all your planning. It's one of the best bits.

Hi Janine welcome to the DIS you will love all the tips =)
