We were told they couldn't link them. We never ended up trying them since at Vero they had to link them with the iPad.
I didn’t see any when I was down there and just checked and my SunPass was not charged in SCAre there still toll roads on Hilton Head Island? Last time I was there in Feb 2021 I remember having to pay tolls, but I heard that is gone now?
Correct. The toll booths that used to be up for the Crossland Parkway (the back way to Sea Pines, et. al.) were torn down. Free sailing now.Are there still toll roads on Hilton Head Island? Last time I was there in Feb 2021 I remember having to pay tolls, but I heard that is gone now?
The studios are either in the main lodge area or in the 5 grand villa buildings.any quieter studios to request. Single male going next March for a couple of days of golf,,,dont need near main lodge or pool. Just relaxing time before driving to WDW and picking up family flying in.
Thanks,,,so even building 12 get the covered parking? The studios are either in the main lodge area or in the 5 grand villa buildings.
I would say the quietest are probably in building 12 which is attached to Live Oak Lodge Building 11.
I say this because the actual bedroom and balcony area are buffered by the kitchen and bath area which run along the walkway outside your door. The balcony area overlooks trees and marsh plus a diagonal boardwalk view if on that end.
It's all pretty much quiet. The Lodge area has the advantage of covered parking and in most cases closer parking.
Anyone can technically park there but not sure the other buildings would want to because of location other than building 13. 11 is right over the parking and 12 is attached so you could use the elevator. 13 is behind the lodge (building 11) and I believe the only parking for them is the covered parking. Thanks,,,so even building 12 get the covered parking?
The 5 studios that are not in the main lodge are all on the first floor and subject to loud footsteps above you. And depending on what time you'll be up and out for golfing, the footsteps may go on much later in the evening than is desirable. So I still recommend the main lodge, top floor, if possible. And if you'll have your golf clubs with you, that elevator helps getting your clubs to/from the car (can you tell I travel with someone who golfs about 5 times every trip to HHI?)any quieter studios to request. So does your travelling partner have a fav? Something that is ok for singles and reasonably priced. The 5 studios that are not in the main lodge are all on the first floor and subject to loud footsteps above you. Yes, all 1BRs are on the first floor in the GV buildings: 16, 18, 19, 28, and 30. The other 16 1BRs are located in 11 and 12 and are scattered around various floors. It should be noted that 11 and 12 "first floor" rooms are higher than the other buildings, too, given that they sit above a parking garage and the mini warehouse. Quite a number of 1BRs in 11 and 12 have at least a partial view of the water. As for the importance of the request, it depends on what you want: closer to the main pool/Tide Me Over/Mercantile area or the main lodge? It's a really small resort, anyway, so there isn't a long walk anywhere. And as others have mentioned, the 1BRs under the GVs can be noisy due to the larger families usually staying in them. As for the time frame for requests, any time is fine, but I'd also call the resort directly about a week out.We have our first stay next March in a 1 bedroom. I have been reading posts, and now I have myself confused. Is it correct that all 1 bedrooms are on the first floor, except for buildings 11 & 12. Also do any of them have a water view? I am just trying to think about what is the most important request we should make.
Also, what is the time frame most people but in their requests at HHI? Thanks in advance.
Can you use Disney Rewards Redemption cards at this property?
