HHI Occupancy -- higher in Nov or March?

Looking at either last week in March 2004 (that's Easter Sunday as Day one, through that week) OR Thanksgiving Week (Sunday before Thanksgiving -- to the Sat. after)

Which typically is more crowded at HHI? And what has been folks experience with the weather and activities in those timeframes at this resort? Is one time more preferable than another?

I think you mean 2005 March. I think March is not as bad as summer, but April is very busy and if there is a golf tournament that week in March it may be difficult. There are very few 1 bedroom villas so that may be the hard one. I don't know what Thanksgiving week is like but we have been during Christmas -New years 4 times and had no problem at 7 months, but the resort was full when we arrived. I added on points @ HHI just to get 11 month reservations! We love the resort.

My guess is that both weeks will be at capacity at HH.

We have been there for Thanksgiving several times (5, I think, with 2004 reserved!), and the last couple, at least, have been at 100% capacity Wednesday through Saturday nights.

If that weren't Easter week, I'd say March would be the less crowded time, but I'm not sure now. I don't think the golf tournament will be going on then -- it's usually the second or third weekend in April, right after the Masters'.

As far as weather goes, you never know. Both are times of the year when it could be in the 70s or low 80s, or could be in the 40s.
