HHI Building Question

We are looking to see if anyone has stayed in building 31. I am wondering if there are 2br villas side-by-side on the 1st floor. Also wondering about it's marsh view, from the map it looks as though there are a bunch of trees in front of it.

We stayed in bldg 30, and the rest of our family was above us. I am hoping that we can all be on the first floor this time

Yes, there are two 2BR villas on each floor in building 31. (Remember that there are no ground level rooms- all buildings have a flight of steps up to the first floor). It has a great parking are adjacent and is next to the grills- overlooking the access channel to the harbor.

Building 31 has a good view of the marsh, although the first floor may be slightly obstructed by landscaping.

Building 30 has a 2BR and a 1BR/Studio on the first floor with a GV above the 1BR/Studio lock-off- thus the difference. Only 5 buildings have a GV - all others have two 2BR's on the first floor.
