When we were in the back of the Dollar Store today, my 6yo, with an urgent voice, said, "I really have to go to the bathroom". When I got in line at the front of the store and asked the clerk (behind the lady with a CART full of things and only one line open--that's another thread...) if they had a restroom and my son then said, "I really don't need to go now, Mom". Not words I wanted to hear. :sad2:

But it was ok, it must have been gas... :lmao:

And the clerk looked at my 2 items and the correct change and took my $--the lady was not about to let me go ahead of her. :rolleyes:

But I do believe in karma. :teeth:

I was thinking more in line with being on vacation....."hey mom, I have a sore throat (or my ear aches or I feel hot....)" something that a pakced tylenol or over the counter cold medicine won't fix! :confused3

The worst came from my DH on our first trip years ago..."hey honey, they can't find my glasses!" his had gotten knocked off (don't ask) during the Haunted Mansion ride and just happened to fall in the crack where nothing can be retrieved :furious:

It all ended ok, but poor DH was "blind" for about 3 hours :rolleyes:

That is mine. I hate hearing "My head, ear, tummy, fill in the blank hurts." My heart sinks.

Of course it is better then when they are young and can't tell you what is wrong. :teeth:

hey mom, i finally figured out high how i can throw my bow staff without hitting the ceiling........in your bedroom.

after sharing this story with ds sensei, there was a general bow staff rules speech in class that night.

The one I just heard about 20 minutes ago...Mom there is something on the floor by the table (in my living room) so I go look and surprise....kitty cat puke! DH isn't home so I HAD to clean it!

I don't mind cleaning off the floors..but I hate cleaning it off the carpet!

hehe i got a interesting story my dad told me i did when i was about 5 or so.

we was in a resturant, me and my mom went to the restroom. Now our table is across the room.. so I walk out and scream at my dad "Mom made the bathroom stinky!" from what i was told.. my dad had to drag my mom out of the restroom :rotfl2:
