GREAT NEWS FOR BRYAN - CONGRATS

And Lynn you go girl - we decided to stick with the late seating...we will be fine with that.

So my not so good news - the boiler went at the shop yesterday, almost had a fire - to make a long story short, we are converting over to gas heat - it was going to take 4-6 weeks, but Micco has a friend he called and they are going to run the gas line on Monday - may take 10-14 days to get hooked up after that, but Micco's friend is going to try to pull some strings and get it done sooner - keep your fingers crossed, because it is colder than a witches tent with the flaps open in here - and I have an All Day Crop next Sunday. Right now I am running on space heaters, which are blowing the electric circuits out (once today already) and we had to drain all the water so it doesn't freeze - so I can't even pee.... So that's my good news!

I will probably cut my hours back this week.

Lucster, we're talking about 2/24 or 2/25 b/c KEN, our own Forrest (think Bubba Gump's), is running his first marathon next weekend in Tara's "neck of the woods" in Fort Lauderdale (see below for the actual dates), while Jenster is in LV.........Lynn is hopefully still continuing her good week and Debster is not working too much!!!

Ken's dad looked healthy today, please pray that he will come tomorrow.....his brother will find out this week what's up with his prognosis, Ken does really need some prayers this week..... (all kidding aside!)

Gotta study the weather when i get back from church....at least it looks interesting, finally. I DO hope we have 'it' Wednesday, Valentine's Day, because on Tuesday I must take Bryan for his physical for the hospital, and then if we got LOTS of snow on Wed., maybe Bob can be home Wed. night.

it is SUNDAY, noone should be doing schoolwork today...talk to us, please.
Although, this is tyler's reasoning, Monday, no homework, Tuesday, no homework, Wedn., 5 minutes of homework, Thursday, 5 min. of homework, and then Friday, NO HOMEWORK for weekend....I just don't get it (I'm not sure I wanna put a laughing smilie here, because I don't think this is funny, and I don't believe HIM)

Ah, Ken, I just returned from church, I honestly thought about your dad, but I didn't know his name, and then I thought of you, and started laughing in church, and then thought about how you laughed at ME, falling on Times Square, and it was difficult to concentrate.....
BUT, prayers do go out to your family

Someone write on boards today, please...this is my clean up day while Bob is at work, and I don't wanna do anything (sorry, Bobby, I know you are reading this...I'll get back to work ).....girls, he really is NOT that tough, whenever he tells me to do something, I deserve to be told...I am messy!

Lucy - We could probably do a Sunday at King of Prussia, although March will be tough, April may be a better month. LMK what dates you are thinking of.

Hope we get the snow this week, it will make closing a little easier, if I have to.

for NOT keeping me company

hey joannsie - just checked accuweather - GET THIS, for tuesday night, said we could have 8-12 inches of snow - i'll believe it when i see it.....we'll get enough to make it nasty - that is it!

I've baked a red velvet cake, an angel food cake, wanna try an orange glaze on it, made brownies for someone at work, must make monkey bread in the morning for someone at work, making a dinner for bob and me tonight when he gets home from work, did laundry, cleaned out the pantry (SO needed it)....BUT, if you guys would have talked to me today, I could have just sat at my computer

DEBS, february 24 or 25 we were talking about (HEY, maybe your shop will be closed)....any luck with the heat?

I haven't done a darn thing today! Our furnace in the basement is leaking so it appears I will be home in the am with the heating man. Mark has auditors until Thursday, so he will be absent from home a lot!

I need to start packing, but.........

We are suppose to get something around 8-12" as well....keep watching those computer models! We need all runways at Indianapolis International clear by 6 p.m. Thursday!!!

I am not thrilled about the snow. I don't like snow days because they have to be made up during nice weather. My kids have had a blast though with the snow. THey have been sledding in our yard which is extremely hilly. Unfortunately, Mallory hit the tree yesterday and has a huge scrape about 1/4" wide down here little cheek. It takes away from her cute little dimple! John is ready to use his snowboard again. He is so into that....

JoAnn....I would not like the weekend classes. When I got my master's degree (20 years ago!) I was under an old law. I got a "life license" in the state of Indiana. Now, they do not grant those and haven't since 1987, so people have to collect these credits. I am assuming that is what you are doing? My school gives me so much training that going back to classes in the summer wouldn't be that valuable. Just costly!

around here has the nasty stomach bug....I DON'T WANT IT...I can't stand that kind of flu.....had to take care of my cousin today, she is really sick, picked up some 'stomach healing groceries' for her, but wouldn't go inside, left them at her door...then I go to my mom tonight, and she has a little bit of the stomach virus. I CANNOT get sick, do you hear me!

WOW, Lucy, it is 8:38 and you are still awake...gotta go gang, need to do my mom's and get to bed...

hey its been a busy weekend with sleeping in past noon and waht not sunday is the homework day naturally... well in between commercials of desparate housewives and brothers and sisters.

so this shopping trip hmm i think we should put it off till the following weekend.. thats when me and lucy have our spring break time it would be a perfect way to start off the break then maybe jess can come as well and alex i don't kow when your break is but you should try and come too, just with directions both ways! let me know how this is sounding!?!?

so jojo a few posts ago you said somethign about 19/20 year olds and smart decisions? hmm i dunno if i liked the "" around the word.. reminds me of that cute x mas letter the one that said "i'm sorry"

and about this snow.. SNOW IS BAD! i don't like it.. i don't get off school for it and i have to walk through it to classes not fun at all.. no more wishing for snow~ ok good.. back to homework or tv we'll see..

Clear all day and still is as far as rain, snow, etc. We are predicted to receive the "wintry mix". Interestingly they say we might have snow or sleet with THUNDER!! I have never heard of such a thing!

As of right now 8:30 p.m. not a drop of moisture on the ground! It's still 35 degrees out so who knows. The radar shows it being right on the edge of the county. I'm just going to go to bed and forget it!!

John is VERY sick. I think he caught Bob's virus. He didn't go to school today and his dad brought him over to the house and I came home at lunch. I also had to get with the furnace guy, so I just stayed home. I took him to the doctor this evening. I have never seen so many sick pathetic little babies...so sad. His throat culture and flu test both came back negative. The doctor told him to stay home until the fever is gone 24 hours, but he could have symptoms for 7-10 days!!! So, he's home tomorrow no matter if there is ice/snow or not.

Ok, Ok, I'm back...................no, it's not for "Act 48" credits, I'm still doing my Master's +30 for salary credit, IF, I survive the next w/e, I'll just have one more course to go..........I'm scheduled to do it the last two weekends in March, so THEN I'LL BE COMPLETELY DONE!!!!!!!!!! Never to be educated again!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tray Tray, we HAVE to go the w/e of the 24th.............you can make it, girl!!...........IF you'd been reading this board, you would know that my second half of the ADD course is the first w/e in March...............right before my Spring Break, I'll finish us my "differentiated instruction" course and then I'M FREE.............

The Trayster will be 20 on Thursday!! And Bri will also be 20 this week!!! BTW, Tracy, we need a decoder for some of your last post!

We will meet Ken in FL on Friday, he will run on Sunday and..................I HEAR THE RENTS WILL BE JOINING IN FL THAT WEEKEND TO CHEER KEN ON (AND SURPRISE THEIR GRANDDAUGHTER WITH A W/E VISIT......... )I can't wait until that Lurker reads these posts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
