Today was good. Ran my mile-10 minutes, yoga - 20 minutes.

I found out that Adam wants to go to the lake for his birthday (my big chance to see Ben over the summer) so I'm working extra hard! I think I might finally see the scale move down this week!

I'm so proud of you!!! I don't think I'm gonna lose any weight this week, with TOM and his fab buddies. Though the scale DID show 184 instead of 185 for a second!!!

Very hot and am loving your current attitude. I'm so proud of you. Please stop binging. If you won't do it for yourself, then do it for me. So last night my friend wanted me to play tennis with her at like 8. My parents said no because it was too late, and I said, but, I really really want to go.
