:(

Well I admit I do know people that do long stretches like that I usually break it up as I'm the only one driving. For us it's like this:

Sat- leave London at 7am, arrive in Berea Ky about 5pm
Sunday- leave Berea about 7am arrive in Valdosta, Ga about 5pm
Mon - leave Valdosta about 7am, arrive at WDW around 11am

I usually find more than 12 hrs of driving and I'm starting to hallucinate and my thoughts start to drift away from driving. I'd be the guy slapping his face to keep awake and that isn't a good thing for anyone.

My hats off to anyone who can do the marathon driving safely. Could also be my age too. I'm not as young as I once was:laughing:

We're a three day (or even four) driving family too. DH and I split the driving but not quite evenly. He tends to prefer to drive so I take over when he needs a break but otherwise he tends to do about 2/3 to my third.

We are heading down in December and will probably hit lower OH or upper KY the first night, lower GA the second night and then FL on day three.

I have a good friend who moved to Texas a few years ago but she and her DH and kids still drive back twice a year to visit. They do the drive in 21 or 22 hours straight through. He does the majority of the driving using huge quantities of Red Bull but I just can't see wanting to attempt that. I think we'd all be too tired when we got there to enjoy where we were. Works for them, though.
