10 weeks!!

Keep counting! It will be here before you know it, and it will be SO MUCH FUN!!!

31 days, 20 hours, 56 minutes for us. We are really starting to feel it now. It's crazy, really, because you'd think by the way we feel it had been a long time since we've been. Even though we've been so blessed to have gone so often this year, our impending summer trip is every bit as thrilling and exciting and anticipated as ever! I think it's because the others are getting into it now. Jill and I stay excited, but now that the guys are starting to talk about it a little, too, it just adds to our excitement.

Ok please note the title of the thread has changed AGAIN. Our darling DS has now decided he WANTS to go to camp with his cousins . So this weekend DH and I told him a white lie and said we were going to Maine while he is at camp. His only comment,so far, was "Don't go to the Children's museum without me. You can't go there." Whew!

Delta hasn't changed any flight times for 2 weeks in a row, which could be good or bad. The flights appear to be quite full so we'll hope for the best.

Graduation is TOMORROW! Have to go pick up my gown (and that god awful cap that I refuse to wear)this afternoon. Pray we have a nice sunny day.

Since I am a first timer I am sure I missed A bunch. Of course I have been planning this trip since Feb. 11th

I think my DW is tired of all the spreadsheets, calculations, articles, etc...

No Idea why

Oh well I will just watch Disney movies and cheer her up.

Will Ma and Pa be able to come up with a story that flies with their darling boy? "We were on our way to Maine, and Pops took a wrong turn. Next thing we knew, we were on Main Street...the one with the Castle!!!"

Ma - Congratulations on your graduation. Your two guys will be very proud of you as your name is called and you go through that line. I hope you'll share pictures from your big day.

And as for your bickering... you two better be nice to each other. You've got a dragon to slay in the next 10 weeks (letting Declan in on the secret), so you better be real nice to each other and band together!

What do you have planned for the big reveal, anyway?

I am glad he's going to camp. That will be fun. I've worked church camp for a bazillion years now, and all the kids just love it. They go home absolutely exhausted, but with stories and memories that will last a lifetime.

Graduation day is now complete (well for three of the faculties anyway.) The ceremony was about two and a half hours long. The speaker was a former grad who was receiving an honoury degree. He was diagnosed with ALS about a year ago and he gave a very moving address.

We were all proud of our graduate, especially Declan who yelled "That's my Mom!"

As the comedian helps everyone to yuck it up, I am planning a shopping trip with the girls. 4 ladies, 2 nights and a shop-til-ya-have-to-eat attitude. (I know MeMom~aren't ya proud! )

Its a couple weeks away but I'm really looking forward to it.

In the meantime, I have become a food porn addict. I am faithfully drooling over pics of all kinds of Disney food. Think Ive gain 10 pounds just looking at the stuff. That's why vacations are guilt free I think.

I can't afford the gas, but if I start walking now, I can be there in two weeks!

I know what you mean about the food. The pictures of juicy steaks and mounds of potatoes and luscious desserts...yummy!

I've got to go fix supper now. I'm having a big old baked potato with butter and sour cream and a side salad. I would take a picture, but I still don't have a camera. I'm going to take care of that within the next ten days or less.
