9 weeks!!

Just checking in with my pals who are counting down. I hope that Dis meet does happen for all of you. That will be fun!

I'm listening to the Fantasmic CD right now, and it's just like being there.

Only it'll be outside, and I'm inside my classroom right now.
And it'll be hotter, but not much, since it's supposed to be 92 degrees today.
And there will be ten thousand people fighting me for my seat.
And there will be food involved.
And Brooklynn will be playing with a swirly light thing.
But other than that, it's just like being there!

I got a camera, by the way. I went with the Canon S5, so I'll be playing around with it in the days ahead. I need to go find some fireworks to practice on. There won't be any in Nashville until Fourth of July, and well, I'll be in Disney World then!!!! Yay me!

MeMom I was thinking of you this morning, wondering how Summer School is going.

Oh and guess what all? DS has asked to go another summer camp. this one is at his school (July14-18) and Science and Math. They are going to make slime, bottle rockets and a few other things.

I hope he'll go to that camp, too. Making slime is always a hit!

Summer school is going well. I knew the weeks would fly by once we got started, and this one definitely did! The kids seem to be enjoying it, and I'm happy to have the extra Disney dollars!

Did you see we're skirting in under twenty days now? That's pretty exciting!

I'm watching Disney on the Travel Channel right now, if any of you get that. It's a repeat, but it's still fun to watch. They're showing Tower of Terror right now.

One thing I have learned after 15 years together -DH has an opinion on everything Whether he should or not.

Declan informed him he wanted pink shin guards for soccer (starts tomorrow). You should have heard THAT discussion He ended up with gold ones "cause they're like Pittsburgh colors".

Nic is from NB. Looks like Fredericton that you guys are from? (Guessing from your DH's photobucket). He's from Caraquet.

Anyways, sounds like fun. Maybe we'll run into you.

When are you going to WCC on the 10th? We've got a 2:00 there, then a late dinner at CR at 8:30, with a carriage ride in between.

Of course Yep. Haha. Denise (FMIL) graduated from U of Moncton, and Nic's step-dad graduated UofM (Michigan), so she always jokes "I graduated from UofM too!".

Jacques says "Merci." and also "ppppppppppttt" (the text equivalent of a raspberry. His new thing)

Alrighty. We'll see if we can do it. If not, we might run into each other at some point!

Ordered some stuff from Disneyonline today. Hmm. Not such a great deal when there is international shipping involved . They have taken away our closest Disney store so this will be it until we hit the parks. When they get here I'll be sure to post pics.

This week is Declan's last week of school so lots going on. We also have to attend a parent meeting on Wed. about his new class.
