Here we go! No dogs and weightloss going great!

Hello all! Last September my family took our first cruise aboard the Dream. With us in tow was the Disney resistor named Jerome. Well I am happy to announce that he no longer fights it. I say that because he was happy when I said that for our 10 year anniversary we should take another Disney cruise. He happily agreed with no sucking of teeth or rolling of the eyes. We will be sailing on the Dream again on a 5 night cruise starting 13 July of this year. We will be sailing without the kids, and we look foreword to a different experience this time around. I will start a PTR soon. Thanks to those who will follow along.

I'm taking my own version of Disney Resistor on our first cruise in June 2012. I have great plans to do an on board booking for another cruise because we have a 20th anniversary in 2013 and I have a big birthday in 2014. I wonder what he'll say to that??!
I think he might just convert, though !

My hubby found that the cruise is so much different than the parks. He was able to relax and eat when ever he wanted. He said he never felt rushed or felt like part of a herd. Good luck with your resistor and happy sailing!

I was so extremely happy to fork over the money for our up coming cruise! I have been working out really hard at the gym for the past two weeks, so that I can begin my weight lost of 20 lbs. Once I reach that goal it will just be about maintaining and shopping. Last year on the cruise I was not happy with my weight at all. When are we ever really happy with our weight?

Ok, so I am vowing to lose some weight before our cruise. Yesterday I decided to go for a run around my neignhborhood. I am running along listening to my music and concentrating hard on my breathing might I say. Well about 10 minutes into my run something tells me to look over my shoulder. Low and behold a Pitbull and a Shih tuz is running after me. Did I run faster are you asking, jump on a car maybe? No none of that, I just stopped dead in my tracks and stared at the both of them. I was so extremely upset that I was shaking, because some people just let their animals run wild. What tickles me now that I think about is that the pitbull stayed further away and the lil dog with the napoleon complex was the aggressor. I won't say what I did during the standoff, but after it was all said and done I called the police to pay a visit to their owners.I went and got my car and I sat outside their home until the police showed up, while the police were pulling up the two dogs took off chasing someone else. I brought to the officers' attention about the leash law here in Florida. I knew he knew this, but I wanted him to be aware that I knew as well. I ended up doing Jillian Micheals 30 day shred after that. I will run again and hopefully they won't be loose. READY TO CRUISE!

Well I have decided to keep my working out at the gym or the local park. I have lost 10 pounds so far and I have 10 more to go. Just have to stay motivated until the cruise. I brought my first outfit for the cruise and I must say that I was extremely happy about the fit, being that I lost 10 pounds.

We are definitely going again! We are sailing this July without the kids, so that we can relax and enjoy each other for our 10 year anniversary.
