It is extension 8844, I believe you have to call from your room.

No, you don't have to call from your room. I was there in Nov. and the day I checked out, I called from my cell phone. This was after I got home and checked with DH. As long as you call by our checkout day, you're okay and can call from your room or any other phone. Of course you have to call the 1-800 number if you aren't in your room. That number should be on the bounceback offer.
