Here at OKW!

DVD had not realized that so many DVC guests didn’t like to cook!

It's not so much that I don't like to cook-but even just buying the food to cook it is so expensive! And until recently I didn't know about the Instacart-type services.

I think that OKW was designed to be a traditional timeshare with guests primarily cooking in their villas. I think the QS was designed for use by guests at the pool. I don’t know whether Olivia’s was there from the beginning or not. But I do remember that when SSR opened with only a small QS there were many complaints that they needed a TS restaurant. DVD had not realized that so many DVC guests didn’t like to cook!
Yep.. I completely get that, being the trial run property & all, but I'm sure with the amount of room and stuff they could come up with something added...Not talking Trev & alberts, just a simple lil bldg. with seats and stuff. Or perhaps a food court style QS??? :confused3

We are at OKW in early March every year. We love it. I have a disabled adult daughter and her friend. We always get rooms close to hospitality house so they can just walk over to pool and community center by themselves. We rarely go to parks. The activities staff is outstanding. Plus the pool, tennis, food, shuffle board is all close together. It makes life very easy.
