Herbie's Drive-In?

Just read about this on all-ears newsletter. Anyone seen what it looks like? Is there a lot of Herbie stuff? DS is a BIG fan of Herbie, so although menu is limited, we'll still have to visit - if it's still there in June ...

wow! I haven't read my newsletter yet. Haven't heard of it but would love it if they have Herbie stuff! I have 2 BIG Herbie fans at my house. We've joked that if they could just make the cars at Sci-Fi "Herbies" our sons would be in heaven. We "met" Herbie at MGM in December. They had a couple who wanted to take picture in front of him and my almost 4 year old was just standing at the front of Herbie grinning and saying "hey Herb!" We could not get him to move for anything! DH finally picked him up and moved him so the couple could take their pic. We spent another 10 minutes or so just grinning at Herbie.

Could you please elaborate? Where? When?

I don't have a picture but it is just a trailer, like those that transport cars. It is white and decorated like Herbie. Basically just carries food items. Did not see any type of Herbie Merchandise.

Next door to it is a Herbie car that you can take pictures of. THe trailer is located in MGM right outside of Lights Motors Action!

My kids loved seeing Herbie at MGM. Oh, and Herbie is in the LMA show as well (gets cut in half!~)

I LOVE it - that is so funny!

This sounds just like my boy - he'll be 5 in April. He calls our Camry "Herbie", has asked DH why we just didn't name him "Jim Douglas", and for Christmas wanted (yep, you guessed it) a real Herbie car.

We have to stay at the "Herbie hotel" which DH isn't too thrilled about, he really wants our entire stay at AKL. DS will be so excited to get a snack from the Herbie cart! Thanks guys!
