Help!

New to DVC- We are staying for a week in August and borrowed 25 points from next year. We want to take two nights off of our stay and bank some points-can we do this? How does this work? We are still more than 30 days away. Can anyone help?

Yes, ask member services to keep the borrowed points in the reservation and release current year points. This will work assuming you are within the banking deadlines to bank the current year points.

Your Use Year and the number of points involved will determine that. You have unlimited banking only for the first 6 mos of your Use Year. After that it drops to 50% and then 25%. So, the ending date of your Use Year, the number of points you own and the number you want to bank will all play a role determining what you are able to do.
