Help with which stroller

We are coming to WDW in September and our son will need a stroller. We grew this guy big. He will turn 5 on the trip and is 4' and 94lbs.

The park rentals are the hard plastic and I am trying to stay away from those.

I need to rent and seem to have only two options.

Orlando Stroller Rentals has the Liberty Push Chair with canopy for $120 per week and then Medical Travel has the Maclaren Major Buggy with no canopy for $50 per week.

Does it matter which one? Is there any other company that you have been happy with that I can try?

This is just my opinion but, after taking 12 trip to WDW in September, I would have to rent the one with the canopy. Or, consider buying an add on umbrella. It is HOT and very sunny in September. Your son is definitely going to need some shade.

We just had to buy a stroller for our 5 year old daughter since she fractured her ankle. We are going in two weeks. The first think I looked for is a large sun canopy.

Ditto the importance of the sun canopy for kids. With the Maclaren, you'll have to spend some extra money and time figuring out a shade option so I'd go with the Liberty push chair from OSR just for the convenience.

Plus, OSR offers theft insurance so on the slim chance your stroller gets damaged or taken, you're not out the cost of a new stroller. Don't know if the other place offers it - but for such expensive strollers it would be worth the add'l $25 peace of mind for me.
