Help with price breakdown?

I have been trying to price a holiday for a friend (4 people) on Virgins web site, on the breakdown there is a £116 per person charge for ''fuel Apd & resort tax''
Thats a big extra for 2 adults, 1 teen & 1 child!! What is the resort tax????

Also they want to fly out on a Friday so i thought they would only have to pay weekend supplement for return (as it lands saturday morning coming back) But its adding 8 flight suppliments is that correct, do you pay a suplement for going out on a friday??

On the upside it loooks like the discounts are greater than the FC 10% at the moment!
its showing the 5% discount of £134 plus various other discounts adding up to another extra £260 off on top of the 5%!!

I take it that the resort tax is a local Floridian tax on the hotel rooms/Resort rooms.

I would query the suppliment with Virgin Holidays.

I believe you do still have to pay weekend supp for a Friday flight. They obviously have different weekends to most people!
