Help with modifying clipart?

Hi, can one of the great techs on this board help me?

Can someone overlay Sylvia's pink ribbon with the date of her passing on top of my Meeko clipart? Place it in the top left hand corner? Can this be done??

I'd like to put Meeko back in, but would like to have something remembering Sylvia as well. Thank-you!!!
