Help with goody bags

Okay so I have two children, DD3.5 AND DD20MO and I want to make them each travel bags, welcome bags, and little bags for every day depending on the theme park and need help. I did this last year for my oldest and she LOVED it. For the life of me, I can't find any of the pages on here that I originally used for ideas. So I'm hoping for some help?

In the past, our stuff was always left by Tinkerbell while they were asleep for a surprise in the morning...usually a couple things a night, with pixie dust sprinkled around it.

I always got my little gifts from the Dollar Store.

I was in there this past week and saw Princess and other Disney themed puzzles, and they had a bunch of Disney Princess and Pooh Bear/Tigger/Piglet and Mickey Mouse figurines. They had Princess jumpropes and they had little combs/mirror sets in Cinderella and Sleeping Beauty themes. I also saw yo-yo's and little cars.

I usually had Disney themed bubbles and balloons (just regular balloons they would blow up and play with in the room, not the balloons you buy in the parks)

Epcot has the Nemo themed ride, so any Nemo item would work. Animal Kingdom has the Lion King, Pocohontas and Bug's Life themes, so anything for Lion King or Bug's Life would work. In the past I got books that went with the different characters in each park.

Hollywood Studios has Playhouse Disney or is it Disney, Junior now? Anyway, anything that is currently playing on Disney Jr would work for HS. They also have the Muppet show there, so any Muppet thing would work. And, they have the Toy Story ride and the Cars area, too, so both of those character items would fit.

I would save a couple items from the Welcome bag, like the flip flops and swimsuit or towel to give on waterpark day.

If you plan to be in the parks after dark, glow necklaces/bracelets are always a hit and you can get those at the Dollar Store, too. We always have plenty of glow stuff.

Another fun thing I gave usually the first night was magic washcloths with Disney characters on them. These are the ones that are wrapped up really tightly and unwrap when you put them in water. Then, we used them for baths every night. I saw some at the Dollar store, but also the Disney store usually has them. You can also get body wash and bubble bath with Disney characters on the bottles at the grocery. At least you know you'll use it!

This year my DD is 10, so I don't think I'll get away with the Dollar Store items, but she's still wondering if Tinkerbell will leave her anything...we leave in 32 days, so I hope I come up with something!

I've done the Tinker Bell thing also, where I will pre buy some stuff either at the Disney Store, Dollar Store, Walmart, online and leave a few things a day for each of them. Also a great way to get a discount on Park Merchanise is to get it online through the Disney Store when they have their 25% off sale!
Also, in 2011 my mom took me and my girls and my sister and her DD to WDW. What my mom did was she made envelops for each kid for each day of the week. Each enevelop contained their spending money for the day (it was a ridiculous amount) and then necklaces, rings, stickers, tattoos, little bubbles....just little bobbles that they would get excited about. When I went the following year, my mom after seeing how much the kids loved them, did them again for my kids and my friends two DD's minus the obscene amount of spending money, but it didn't matter they loved getting them everyday.

I made my kids road trip goody bags that included:

Disney sticker books
fun Disney themed snacks
mini Disney notebook
Disney crayons
Disney coloring books
activity book
new Nintendo DS game for my 5 year old
borrowed a few new Disney DVD's for the car ride

I also had a welcome gift that I put in the hotel room prior to the children entering the room--each child had a personalized shirt with their name on it, a hand made autograph book and a few fun snacks to take to the park.

Eye Spy Bags or Bottles for travel.

If you don't sew you can use an empty water bottle and put rice and little items inside to find. Penny, eraser, button, paper clip, confetti, pom pom, dice, bead, etc. I alternate filling with rice and the items so they aren't clumped together. Leave some room for the items to move around so they can be found. Hot glue the lid closed.

Sort of on topic...How about before you go, get a Disney card with Mickey or whatever character you can find and mail them the card with Mickey saying can't wait to see you again...

Also go to Home Depot they have the Disney paint colors on cut out ears, do a countdown calendar...
