Help with Christmas lights

So when I decorated my apartment for the first time 7 years ago, I bought some random decorations, strings of lights, etc. I was soooo pleasantly surprised to find that the lights that I bought for my porch were mostly steady light and then some random twinkling. Sooooo pretty!

I have been trying to find those same lights for SEVEN years! Finally this year, when I went to put up my decorations, half the string is out so now I REAAALLLY need to find these lights! I don't know how I got these magic lights but I can't tell you how many boxes of lights I've bought over the years hoping to find similar ones but the blink is not what I am looking for at all. Even the "chaser" lights that have 86 options do not do what these lights do. I'm telling you, they were probably the cheapest ones that I grabbed in the store and now it's making me crazy trying to find them again!! It's possible they may, at one point, were steady and then one day they started blinking. I feel like I'm taking crazy pills with these lights!

Does anyone know what I'm talking about? What they're called? Or more importantly, where to find them??

We bought LED twinkling lights at Target by Phillips--perhaps those would be close. They are specifically labeled as twinkling lights--they don't "flash" or "blink", but "twinkle".

I think that is closest to what you are describing.

We bought some lights this year at Target by Phillip. They are LED and every 8th or 9th light twinkles. It is the first time I saw twinkling lights that are also LED. they were not expensive only $10-12,I think.
