Help w/ IOA Touring Plan

I have just a few questions on the layout of IOA. Thanks in advance for your help!

1. How big is the park in comparison to the Magic Kingdom?

2. On the park map on the official website it looks as there is a boat that goes from Marvel Island to Jurassic park, am I wrong?

3. How wet do you get on Jurassic River Adventure? I know you get soaked on Dudley and Popeye but I am not sure about JP?

The boat no longer goes across from Marvel to Jurassic Park.
I have a real problem with proportions, but to me it seems IOA is smaller than the Magic Kingdom. It's definitely easier to navigate.
I have been on the Jurassic Park River ride where I hardly got wet at all and then I've been on where my hair and top were pretty wet. No where near the soaking from Dudley or Popeye.

Acreage-wise, they are very similiar. IOA is about 110 acres. MK is about 107. Each park is divided into different lands. IOA has 6, MK has about 6 or 7.
