help posting pictures

How do I put pictures in a thread?? I just can't seem to figure it out.

There is a little button on the posting screen that is yellow and looks like a mountain with a little gray box in the upper right. It is three to the right of the insert hyperlink button. If you hover over it, it will say "Insert Image" Click it and put in the web address of the image. It will put that address in the middle of the following message tags

Remember that it must have the http:// as part of the address.
