Help please! dvc, how many points? where? when?

I'm looking to rent dvc points for * but i dont know how to figure out how many points i will need for the length of time i want to stay. i want to stay somewhere between *-* nights. how do i find out how many points i will need? and how can i find which resort is the lowest in points for the length of time?

You can look at the link to the points chart at the top of this forum. Justr make sure you look at the chart for 2010 if you are going then. It may be hard to get *-* nights in a row anywhere at this point except maybe Saratoga Springs- it is easier at times during the month but the first couple of weeks are fairly booked up.

Yup - make sure that you confirm availability before your pay the money to rent the points. DVCers usually book no less than 7 months out, so, at this late date, you may be very hard pressed to get something. Either way, good luck!
