Help Pleas: Wine Information

Can anyone tell me the name of one of the wine's offered at dinner on the Wonder cruises.

We were on the Wonder a few weeks back and purchased the $139 package. They had an Italian red sparkling wine that we really liked. We brought the card that had the name of the wine on it home with us but somehow we've misplaced it.

Help please

Could it have been Banfi Rosa Regale..that is the best Italian red sparkling wine we have ever had.

Yes indeed it was Banfi Rosa Regale. Thank you very much. They sure charged for it compared to what I can it it for online or at the locat wine store. But, it was well worth the price because now I know about it and if I hadn't gone on the Disney cruise I probably would never have known about it.

This and the Fairy Tale Cuvee are two of my favorites. I first had the Banfi at the Food and Wine Festival and loved it. Once I saw both of them offered on the wine package, it was a no brainer that we'd get it.

Fortunately, I can get the Rosa Regale locally. We brought back a bottle of the Fairy Tale but that's still exclusive to Disney.

If you really like the Banfi Rosa..try ordering it by the case from your local liqour store. There are only six bottles per case, and we always get a great discount on the price.

And yes..disneys mark up on wine compared to what you can actually get it for in your own hometown is quite high.

Even on the fairy tale cuvee the price varies greatly. On the ship..almost $40, at GF almost $40, at the gift shops in the rest of the resorts $27.95. Cracks us up.

I have always wanted to try this, so it's available at numerous places on property? But Disney is the only place you can get this, right?
