Help-passport/visa Query

DBf is now panicking cos he has read on the back of his Virgin travel docs that British passports issued after October 2005 may not be machine readable and need a visa too. I have read it as British passports NOT ISSUED IN THE UK but it is very ambiguous (again Thanks Virgin!) so I promised I'd ask the experts . So, have any of you with brand spanking new passports had any probs?

Your DBF's passport is fine as it will be machine readable and have a digital image of his photograph in it

Eventually! I got my new invoice through, just for me so I rang up and vented for a while and then they said "Oh, theres a cross referenced invoice"Yep, as predicted, DBf got a totally separate invoice- AND she didn't want to tell me his invoice details over the phone depsite the fact it is cross referenced with mine, hes sharing my hotel room, hes at my address and I paid his deposit..... However, hes very excited to have his own invoice, bless him, it gives him the illusion that hes having some control over this holiday He'll learn!
