Help! Our package hasn't arrived!

We purchased several ceramic mugs on October 22nd, at the Emporium at MK, and requested that they ship them to our house, in Oklahoma.

It's November 3rd, and our package still hasn't arrived.
Normally, it only takes 4 to 5 days for us to receive anything shipped from anywhere in the US, but it's been over a week and a half!

How long does it normally take to ship something to the South-Central US, and when should we have expected delivery?

Or is there anywhere I can call to track the shipment? Naturally, since it wasn't shipped from the shop itself, I don't have a tracking number either.

If anyone can help, please post!!!

Partly because of the volume of packages they deal with, Disney has always told us 2-4 weeks for delivery depending on if it is a busy time of year or not. Be patient, they do a wonderful job of packing the items. They will come.

Ah. Okay. That makes sense. The CM didn't mention this to us when we asked about shipping, so I didn't know how long to wait before getting concerned.

Last Nov. I went by myself and sent back gifts via ups and thought the same thing. It took about 2 weeks for both boxes to come. 1 box came a couple of days after the other one also!! Don't be afraid and call them in the near future though. Good luck.

I purchased items at Downtown Disney on the 21st, and they haven't arrived yet either. I was told 10-20 days.

I have had packages take a month to go from NH to FL or Fl to NH. I think you are still within a reasonable amount of time.
