HELP!!!need help on deciding on which mod

Can someone tell what would be the best moderate for us?It will be Dh,dd(6),dd(2) and myself.We have ressies for CBR for Sept15th thru the 22nd.I had my heart set on this resort.We usually go to the beach for vacation so this was being close to it.Which one has the best pool? And if a certain resort is better, what buildings are better? Thanks for any info.April

well, since CBR is being closed for rehab during your stay, of the remaining moderates, i would choose POR-alligator bayou. we have stayed in both sections and really enjoyed the bayou. we were in building 15, which is non-smoking, and close to the first bus stop, the back door of the food court, and just a very short walk to the main pool. there is a boat to downtown disney and we found the bus transportation was fine.

Since CBR is closing, you will be getting a call from CRO soon to move you to another resort. If they only offer the other 3 moderates, I would have to vote for POFQ. Request a room in building #5. It is close to the pool, the hot tub, the main building, the foodcourt and the bus stop. The buses stop here before heading onto POR, so you know you will get a seat. It also stops here first on return trips. It is compact, so you don't feel like you are walking for miles to get anywhere and is a quick walk up to POR. This is my family's and I favorite moderate resort.

I think Coronado Springs would work for you. It is similar to CBR in that it surrounds a lake though the lake is a bit smaller. The themeing is a bit more detailed and distinct. There is a section that has a beach and the pool is large with a big temple with water flowing down the steps of the temple. The Slide is longer than the other moderates as well.
