Help me with my MK days pretty please?

Hi there! Sorry for making so many threads on the past few days! I need some help for the last 2 days I need to plan: our MK days! Our FP+ window opens in 3 days so I need to set these schedules!

Oct 15th - 9AM to 10PM
FoF, MSEP, Celebrating the Magic, Wishes and The Kiss Goodnight
Plan to get a BOG lunch (12:00?)
Dreaming on finding a BOG dinner, but will probably snack around because MK seems to have so many cool snacks D:

Oct 16th - 8AM to 7PM (MNSSHP)
9:35AM - Crystal Palace ADR
Lunch on Cosmic Ray's whenever
8:05PM - Whispering Canyon Cafe ADR Electrical Water Pageant

Attractions we are interested:
(give suggestions if you think we need to see something else or if it's impossible to do everything in two days -very likely lol-)

We also plan on doing our silhouettes and framing them as a gift to our parents.

Also, a Harmony Barber Shop question: I'm very particular with my cut (and I think it's pretty impossible to do layers with dry hair) but would it be too silly to go there and ask for two cute low pigtails and pixie dust? Do they do styling on adults, and can I ask the concierge at our hotel (Pop Century) to make the reservation for me?

Anything else we should do on MK? We are not only interested in rides

Snacks: • Sleepy Hollow (waffles sandwiches ohmygoooooooood)
• Dole Whips (see what the fuss is all about :~) and Citrus Swirl
• Gourmet Cake Cups
• Hand dipped corn dogs (I've never had a corn dog in my entire life)

I don't notice any meet and greets. Do you plan on dedicating time to those? Otherwise, I think your plan sounds good!

Oh my! I kinda forgot those on the back of my mind. I don't really know, we'll be going to all the other parks before MK, and some characters repeat themselves. I would LOVE meeting Merida. Does MK have exclusive characters besides the princesses (I know some of them show up on Epcot, too)
Oh! I want to meet Goofy and Minnie and Daisy and Donald(?) in circus attire! They look so cute!!! If only they had Dumbo...

And Gaston!!! And Marie and whatever princess I couldn't take a picture with on the other parks. Sorcerer Mickey is exclusive to any of the parks? I took a picture with him on DL but I want a better picture where I don't look a complete mess lol

Tiana only shows up on MK, right? Peter Pan and Wendy too, I assume...?

I kinda wanna meet them all.... But I'm afraid it'll steal all my time on MK orz I really love the characters and getting autographs and pictures ):

I want help to what to do in each day... I assume that leaving Anna and Elsa and 7DMT to the 16th is smarter...? But what else? I'm a bit lost on what to do on each day ):
