I was getting concerned reading these posts that people are being thrown out of the parks with children screaming for eating snacks in line, so my daughter just spoke to her co-worker who was in Disney last week. She said she didn’t see any of that happening. She said she wasn't really watching who was wearing masks properly. With two little ones she too busy to be concerned with what others were doing. So that may be a part of the difference in experiences between people who are looking for rule breakers compared to those who are just enjoying their trip.
Dr Fauci came out today saying three feet social distancing is enough, so maybe now people won’t have to correct people in line who get to close to them.

that people are being thrown out of the parks with children screaming for eating snacks in line,

If they repeatedly break the rule - which they sign onto when they go to Disney World - and are spoken to more than once and/or they respond to the CM aggressively (CMs have been spit on, hit at, etc.) then yes, they WOULD be removed from the parks. Child or not, it is very clear that snacking in line is not permitted. If your child cannot go a couple of hours without snacking, feed them BEFORE getting in line and AFTER getting off the ride - or don't go until the restrictions are lifted.

Regardless of what Fauci says, Disney is a private company and will make their own rules. As long as Disney has the markers at 6 feet, expect to get the stink eye at the very least if you get right up behind another party. Particularly if you're allowing your kids to eat maksless in the line.

Honestly, you should read on Disney's site what their regulations are. If you cannot/will not abide by them and will be seeking work arounds, this is not the time for you to be going to Disney.

I have a 15 month old. I am still able to observe whether people around me are wearing a mask properly or whether people walking toward me are eating/drinking against the rules.

We go there several times a month and as previously stated in this thread, experiences vary, but lately I have noticed more cast members holding reminder signs and heard more cast members issuing verbal reminders to guests. As the announcement states, guests who do not comply will be asked to leave.
