Help me interpret fax from DCL

We booked our excursions for our 9/4 Eastern cruise this morning. Found out that our reservation, through DU, was actually being handled by the group reservations desk. At the time we made our reservation last August, we received a stateroom assignment (Category 11) and it still appears on the DU website's reservation page for our account. (We have never received any correspondence from DCL on this reservation, but I know that the reservation is OK because we were able to book our shore excursions and they indicated that they had received my medical form and I have been able to confirm that they show our reservation paid in full). Anyway, the shore excursion confirmation fax I received shows our stateroom as GTY instead of our stateroom #. Do you think we have been upgraded or what else do you think might be going on? Has anyone else had this experience? BTW, I know that the DCL site has not shown availability in Category 11 for a couple months. Thanks ahead for any assistance.

Couldn't delete this so I will give an update. As I submitted this thread, my response from Dreams Unlimited popped up (only took a few hours to respond to several questions about our reservation--great service!!!). Dreams said that for some reason it had been floating back and forth with this GTY status, but that our stateroom is indeed the one that appears on the confirmation we have on the DU website.

Hi Doctor P!

I received my excursion confirmation in the mail today, and I had the SAME thing; my stateroom is listed as "GTY", when in fact I've been booked in cabin #6042 (Cat 6) for almost a year now. I called DCL directly and they told me that it's a glitch in their computer system and to ignore the "GTY" part.

P.S. We booked through All Seasons Travel and also had to book excursions through the "group sales" department at DCL.

P.P.S. For a moment, I too thought perhaps we'd been upgraded. LOL
