Help Me Decide on Breakfast :)

Wow! So many great suggestions and some I haven't thought about yet!

Thanks all for the replies! :)

I am excited to think about a character breakfast now after reading some of your suggestions, even though this looks like it will be a solo trip. :) The thought of seeing Pooh & the gang And being in MK before opening sounds great; so does Tusker House! Or even Alice at 1900 Park Fare since she's one of my all time favorites (although I remember reading that Lady Tremaine & her daughters were located there, unless I'm mistaken?).

I'd love to keep seeing more recommendations!

Agree with Think 1. I'm not a huge breakfast fan in general, but we love, love, love Kona. Hands down the best disney breakfast I've ever had. Top it off with kona coffee and a bloody mary and pure perfection

I am considering Kona. If I'm solo, could I order the Kona coffee by the cup? A pot made to serve two seems like a bit much.

Another vote here for Kona or Boma! I love savory breakfast 95% of the time and the Kona version of eggs benedict is awesome with some great Hawaiian flavors. Boma also has some very good ham and other savory treats. For something off the beaten path, Trails End at Fort Wilderness for breakfast is another good choice.

Ok, thanks!

As of right now, I made an ADR for Boma on my AK day! I've been for dinner before & thought it was good & I Love AKL so I thought I'd give breakfast a try! Plus, I learned that I can order a Jungle Juice Mimosa there which sounds really good!

I love breakfast and have tried several spots. Grand Floridian Cafe and 1900 Park Faire are good. I love Kona - it's going to be my standard must have every trip. Cape May was a good buffet as was Crystal Palace.

I haven't tried BOG breakfast but for ambience there is probably no place better.

Tusker House at AK is a family favourite. Food has always been very good and fresh. Love the juice they serve too.

Update:

Thanks to all of you for your awesome suggestions! :thumbsup2

I currently have an ADR for Boma but it's only b/c I can't get Tusker House on my AK day (although I'm really looking forward to Boma). I'll keep trying though. Either way, I'm sure I will have a good meal & fun morning. I can always just go to the meet & greets in AK for the character experience, anyway! :)

I've also decided to add an ADR for The Wave to my MK morning (switched from an ADR for Trail's End so I can be sure to make the opening show that I've Never Seen!!!). I'm really looking forward to trying the Eggs Benedict w/Key Lime Hollandaise, cheese grits & the pumpkin pancakes (I'm a sucker for anything pumpkin despite my lack of a sweet tooth..). Here are my questions for any of you who have been here: do you think that they would accommodate a request for just a plain Mimosa or maybe a Bloody Mary since they only have two drinks listed on their menu which are neither of these? And from your experiences, are they prompt w/getting you to your table if you have an ADR? The latter is the important one really since I do want to make sure that w/an ADR at 7:30, I am still able to walk back to MK to make the RD show at 9.

I also am curious if nonalcoholic drinks are included in the buffet price? I'm sure I'd enjoy a cup of coffee if it was included in the price of the meal.

Thanks again for everyone's help w/my breakfast planning! :goodvibes

..Wanted to bump this thread since I just added a question but edited the post to do so & it's not showing today's date.. :)

Kona Cafe is great and low key. You can't go wrong with Tonga Toast. To me it's the best breakfast on property. Ohana is great if you're looking for a character breakfast. It's family style, all you can eat breakfast favorites including Mickey waffles. If you're at Epcot and you don't want to
Break the bank sunshine season blueberry crossaint pudding is delicious, so much so I've made it at home. Also croughnuts at Epcot are very yummy too but I'm not sure if they are offered for breakfast. CRT is a must do but for me once was enough for a while. It was delicious but with a hefty price tag. Still, it was one of my
Most magical mornings at Disney, sitting by he window in the castle overlooking Fantasyland. Crystal palace is also pretty good and has a good selection and pooh and friends!

We've done all of the character meals and for breakfast...our faves are (in this order) 1. Crystal Palace 2. 1900 PF 3. CRT. As for non-character, fave has been Kona.
