Hi all!! We're going on the 4 day Wonder cruise in November :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc and will have 2--only 2  --days at WDW following the cruise. I don't know which parks to choose for those 2 days :confused3 . It's DS's 8th birthday the day we disembark :bday: . I love all of the parks--Magic Kingdom is most likely one of the parks we'll go to. On our last trip DH really loved Epcot--but also got sick at the end of the trip and missed most of DS and AK. Or should we--gasp!--go off site to like Sea World or something :scratchin ? We're staying somewhere on site--CSR so far for now, but that is subject to change LOL. So come on all you WDW lovers--what do you think??? :goodvibes

Day One at Magic Kingdom, day two at Epcot. That's what I'd do!

Day one at MK, day two get a hopper pass and choose Epcot and another park. Be sure to NOT go out of Disney, because I think you'll feel much more rushed that way. This way you could hop and hit all your most favorite park rides and shows, and take advantage of Disney transportaion. :thumbsup2

I agree MK is a must and be sure to go to City Hall and let them know about the birthday. Epcot is our families second favorite. My DS - age 8 1/2 chose to skip AK this next trip for 2 days at Epcot. Also Epcot isn't a late night if you need to get up early to travel.

I agree with the other posters, I would choose MK for one day and Epcot for the second. That is not to say that I don't enjoy MGM or AK but if I had to choose only 2 that is what I would do.
Alternately, you could purchase park hoppers and do a full day at MK and split a day between MGM early and Epcot late in the second day. Make an ADR for a WS restaurant and enjoy. It is very easy to do both of these parks in one day because of their close proximity to each other - a short boat ride apart, or if you have the stamina a longish walk away.
Enjoy!

Thanks for all of your replies--Magic Kingdom and Epcot were pretty much the ones I was leaning toward :sunny:

I would do what DisneyDreamingAubreey suggested - purchase a hopper pass for one of the days. If it were me, I'd do a whole day at Epcot and a hopper day for MK and MGM, and then maybe to AK just for FoLK and KS. At MK I like a lot of rides but I'd rather skip some of them than skip my must-dos at Epcot (Maelstrom, SE at least 4 times, Test Track at least 4 times, Living with the Land, Ellen's Universe of Energy, and walking the pavilions).

But it depends on your preferences. :)

To tell you the truth, what I would do is get park-hopper passes. That way you can hit three or even all four parks over the two days. But if that's not an option then I would go with Magic Kingdom and Epcot. Epcot is the best park all-around in my opinion while a trip to WDW without the Magic Kingdom is like soup without crackers. Just not the same.

I agree with all of the above. :cool1:

My two parks would be EPCOT and MGM. They are my favorites in all of Florida. EPCOT is my favorite one period. Out of all the parks I have been too.

I think I'd do MK and Ak. Maybe get a hopper pass and when AK closed go to either Epcot or DS. pixiedust:

Wow! I guess I'm the voice of dissent. If DH never really saw AK or MGM, I'd do MK on one of the days (depending on EMH schedule), and do a split AK (or MGM)/Epcot day on the second day, but it really would also depend on the EMH schedule. I'd use that to get the most out of my two days! I might even do an AK/MGM split the second day.

Two days in WDW is almost like torture!
