I noticed MULAN is not on your list - it's a sentimental favourite in our house because it was the first move our DS ever saw in a theater :goodvibes. We love it and the soundtrack is awesome!!
ETA: Are you going to WDW or DLR? I don't know about WDW but Mulan is a very prominent character at the meets in CA at DLR.

Ooh we might go with Mulan!
We are going to WDW, but I am trying to snag ADR's for Akershus & I think Mulan sometimes shows up there?

Rescuers
Song of the South
Tarzan
Swiss Family Robinson
Sword in the Stone
Jungle Book
Enchanted
Robin Hood
Pete's Dragon
Mary Poppins
Any of the Pirates of the Caribbean movies (but they may be too intense for your young kids)

Kids loved AristoCats -- the evil guy was silly, not evil.

There's a ride with Snow White -- that might be a good movie to watch. Or Lilo and Stitch?

Snow White (so they can recognize her in the parks)
A Goofy Movie + An Extremely Goofy Movie
The Incredibles
Lilo & Stitch (and all the sequels, TV show if they like it)
The Emperor's New Groove + Kronk's New Groove (perhaps save these for a double feature!)
Zootopia
Hercules
Brother Bear + Brother Bear 2
Pocahontas
I believe Mater's Tall Tales is on Netflix (if they like Cars), nice little Mater-centric vignettes :)

and another +1 to Mulan, Wreck-It Ralph and Up, of course.

also, just wanted to say I like your plan because I am doing the same thing with my boyfriend! We've seen a ton over the last year, it's been a wonderful way for me to rediscover movies I haven't seen since childhood, and some he's never seen at all :)

Bambi

When they're older, Alice in Wonderland, Mary Poppins and Mulan (Mulan is not at Akershus, but you can find her at the China pavillion at times)

When DD was about 4 she couldn't see the Disneyland parade because of all the taller people, so a nice 20-yr-old stranger lifted her onto his shoulders. He was amazed that DD knew all the characters. They both gained a lot from his kindness.

Emporer's New Groove
Wall-e
Meet the Robinsons
A Goofy Movie
Tarzan
Atlantis: The Lost Empire
The Hunchback of Notre Dam
