DS really wants this for Christmas and I can't find it anywhere. Anyone know where I can find it? If I can't get this he'd probably be happy with any Lego set that has battle droids in it.

I have a feeling I'm not going to get this item after all. They sent me an email saying, "Due to an unexpected delay, we are unable to ship the merchandise listed below in the time frame
indicated in our previous email." When I went to the site, they didn't even have them anymore. I'm going to cross my fingers, but I have a bad feeling about this.

I'm in the same boat. My 8 DS really really wanted this set for Christmas, but I can't find it ANYWHERE online or in stores. Even lego.com is out of stock. Most places are predicting a January delivery.... argh!!

I got this for my son on amazon.com before thanksgiving. I found a bunch of smaller star wars sets 2 for 5.00 at Special Thooughts stores yesterday in Salem,MA.
