help in choosing which resort

we have stayed on disney several times but now children older (13 & 10-both boys). which resort would anyone recommend?

My DS is 12 and he and his buds highly recommend any of the deluxes!

Pssssst! They ALL love the Poly volcanoe pool, the BWV's luna pool, and the Dolphin's grotto pool!
Always makes a "hit" when we take him and his friends!

(StormalongBay, YC and BC, is also a fav, but it will be in refurb the first part of this year!)

They would probably enjoy any resort because they all have different themes.

If they're into sports then try All Star Sports.

Do they enjoy the outdoors - a FW cabin is awesome (our favorite).

If you're looking for great pools than I have to agree with the Poly or YC/BC.

Want to be close to MK - any monorail resort. You can walk to MK from the Contemporary.

How long is your trip - could you do 2 resorts & let them each pick one?

Anywhere you stay will give you a different experience & I'm sure they would enjoy each and any one of them.

There's a great game room at the Contemporary that they would probably love, my kids do.

With boys 10 and 13, I would recommend either the Contemporary, with its great game room, watercraft rentals, and convenience to the Mk, or the Yacht and Beach Clubs, with Stormalong Bay (will be closed until April), and within walking distance to Epcot, MGM and Boardwalk, not to mention Fantasia Gardens. You can also reach those places by boat (with the exception of Fantasia Gardens).
