The information on contacting him is on this thread:
Click here for thread about services for the deaf. I can't get the thread to open on my computer (I know there are a lot of those count-down thingies on it and they don't agree with my computer).
I wanted some help with the wording of my daughters GAC pass, her audiologist is typing it up.
The GAC (Guest Assistance Card) is a card that you request from Guest Services in any of the parks. It is a way to let CMs know what help you will need if you have disabilities or needs that are not visible.
You won't need a letter from the audiologist to get a GAC- just be prepared to explain to the CM at Guest Services what sort of assistance would help your daughter to be able to enjoy the shows/attractions. You might want to ask your audiologist if things like assistive listening devices or seating in specific areas would be helpful for your DD, but you don't need a letter for that; you just need to know what would be helpful.
Guest Services decides what to put on the GAC - in your daughter's case, it may be to ask the CM to help you get seating where she can see the closed or reflective captioning or a sign language interpreter, or be seated in the front of shows. Or it might allow you to see an attraction more than once in a row so she can follow the action of the show better.

Also when I called about room requests they said they will only be that requests any help.
They can put some things into the room, like a TTY phone, phones that flash to indicate a phone call is coming in and fire alarms that flash. But, you may not want or need them if the rest of your party is hearing and your DD is the only one who is deaf.
