Help! How do I do Disney in 2 days? Strategy and Advice Needed, Please.

Park hopping works. There is a cost but hopping DHS to EPCOT to MK is easier. MK to EPCOT to DHS is also easy. Hopping these three parks are less costly then AK which can take a long time.

Is there a bus between DHS and EPCOT and vice-a-versa? That would be the quickest option.

Or is it just the boat?

If it's the boat only, remember that the boat loads at DHS, then unload/re-load at Swan/Dolphin, then unload/re-load at Yatch/BC, then unload/re-load, at Boardwalk, then FINALLY over to EPCOT (or reverse if leaving from EPCOT). I like the boat-ride...it's relaxing, but it does take time.

There is a bus between DHS and Epcot. Walking is also fast but based on age of kids likely not recommended.

We also did a cruise following our stay and on our departure day it was EMH at MK, it looks like it may be the same for you. Since we did Disney Transport we were "stuck" with bus departure times so we went for rope drop for EMH, amazing how many rides we got in during those 2.5 hours. I was convinced to ride the front car on Splash Mountain for our last ride, bad decision as it was a wet bus ride to the ship! We didn't even need our FP+, worked out great!

You leave your luggage all packed in your room and it is picked up for you to put on the bus, it worked out perfect for us. Something to consider since you have so little time there.
