Help - getting packages from Amazon?

We will be at Disney with a four month old (a nephew) for 12 days who will need diapers. We thought of ordering from garden grocers but realized we might not make a grocery order this time.

Has anyone had a delivery from Amazon lately? We have prime so it is free shipping. Does the resort (POR) charge you for packages and how do you address them? We could have it arrive after we are there.

I never used disposable diapers with ds, but why not just bring what is needed? Bonus... since you are throwing them away, you now have an empty suitcase for souvenirs.

Amazon right now has an amazing delivery for subscribe and save diapers, we got 140 pack of huggies for $5.12 shipped, I would think you could do that and set your delivery date as your arrival date.

I think the charge comes if you are staying at a convention resort.

I'm pretty sure it's only the convention center resorts that charge a package fee. There's a sticky at the top of the Resorts thread that will list the exact address for the hotel and how to address it. I'd do Amazon even with a package fee, nobody else that delivers will be able to come close to the Amazon Mom discount

When my son was a babay we always shipped a package. We stay at bLT and pick up is a breeze. There is a $5 fee.

I would send 1 box with diapers wipes our toiletries and snacks/baby food.
Everything would get used so I never had to bring anything back. Plus its great to not have to pack that stuff in your suitcase!

I should also mention that I do not use amazons delivery. I just ship 1 box with all via ups. It never costs more than $20, and its money well spent in my opinion.
