Help! Dollar Express & Airline Network

We recently became Dollar Express Members and today booked a Dollar hire car through Airline Network.
Now having never done this before can anyone tell me if we just go straight to the express line upon arrival at Sanford, or do we need to contact the Dollar Express desk beforehand, or can we not take advantage of the express line because we haven't booked direct? I'm confused

After booking with airnet I emailed airnet my Dollar Express no & emailed Dollar my airnet booking ref.
Don't know which one 'worked' but went straight in the Dollar Express line, flashed my card at the desk & had no problems

at Easter I contacted both airnet and Dollar both said to contact the other. So the reservation was not tied with my express account. No problems though just handed express card and my airnet voucher and they just put it all together when you pick up the car.

this time, for car I collected yesterday, I emailed dollar again and they tied up before we arrived, got email to confirm. Line yestarday was about 1 hour again, 2 mins in express. Lady from regular line came over to complain she had been waiting almost an hour and we just walked right to the front, staff just told her to register for express and she could go to front next time.

Can anybody tell me if Alamo have a similar scheme to Dollar Express?

I had a look round their site, but nothing seemed forthcoming.

They mentioned their online check in kiosks - anybody have any experience of these and can we brits use them?

I've emailed both Dollar and Airline Network to make them both aware. Thanks to people, on here I wouldn't have known about this otherwise, hopefully I'll be out of the airport in no time!

I'm sure I've read somewhere that you have to pay for this service with Alamo.
